Currently, Unique Vibes Boutique has no Refunds. All Sales are Final! If an order is canceled by you a 15% RESTOCK Fee will be charged to restock the item back to inventory. Hopefully, soon we will have the opportunity for refunds and exchange as our boutique grows bigger but, at this time All Sales are Final. As a customer, please make sure about your selections and make decisions appropriately since many of our merchandise is “Artesanal” hand-crafted and unique pieces. We will make sure every piece of merchandise that is sent out is in great condition. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages once they are shipped out.
